The purchase process involves the following few simple steps

1. How to Choose a product?

We have categorized our products in home page in the several ways in our website.

* Catalog page includes a price range filter that sets your budget.

* Product/Teaser page of the products includes few tags to the current product that will show you products in that type,color, design and etc.

2. Adding to Shopping Cart:

Our Catalog page, Product and Teaser pages includes an "Add to cart" button and alternatively clicking image on catalog page will take to the detailed view of the product and also more option such as tailoring services for selected product.  You can add more than a product in a session, your cart item will be retained for few days if you're resisted user, for non-registered user, the cart items will be retained for few hours or until you close your browser window.

If you have bought dress material and wished to order tailoring, you need to choose your cloth design from the stitch catalog into cart.  Once the order  is processed, we will guide to the measurement form via email or phone (Singapore customers only).

3.Checkout

Our checkout process is very simple, we don't force the user to register with lengthy form, we collect new member details at the checkout page with minimal required information for example email,billing and delivery address which are absolutely necessary for processing your order, the new members password for accessing your order details will be sent via email. The user can track the order by signing in using email and password.   If you're registered member, sign in using your password and just choose your earlier address stored from your last purchase.

3.Payment

There are 4 payment methods currently we can accept your payments

Credit Cards: We accept the following credit cards via PayPal payment gateway, so you don't have to share your card details, we will redirect to PayPal site for the credit card processing.

PayPal: You can also pay using your existing PayPal account.

Bank transfer:  We have account with the following Singaporen (UOB, DBS/POSB and OCBC) Banks.  Sorry currenly we support only Singapore banks. For account numbers please visit our FAQ page.  Alternatively the account numbers will be shown on check out page and order notification email.

Cash on Delivery: This service is only available in Singapore and minimum order is S$ 50
        cash on delivery

4. Processing & Delivery

Order Processing Time:

The orders with successful payments will be processed within a day, however during peak time (Festival season) it will be 2-3 days. Maximum 3 days.

The orders with Bank Transfer payment will be processed only after the payment confirmation notification (SMS/Email/Call), for fast processing please notify us via SMS.

Delivery:

Delivery within Singapore will be 2-4 working days. Maximum 5 working days

Other countries: It will take approximately 10-15 days.  Currently we don't have express service.  Maximum 20 days.
